Terms and Conditions ("Online Orders")
1. Order processing
Products or advertisements listed or displayed on our website represents a “request to care for”; and by you transacting or placing an order forms a binding offer between you and us. All orders will only come into effect when we accept your order based on you meeting our transactional procedure listed below:
The following conditions mean you agree to enter into a contract to buy products from us and need to follow these steps:
(i) choose the product(s) you want to purchase through our online order form
(ii) include all requested details and then proceed to our secure payment facility
(iii) PayPal will then handle your payment
(iv) an order confirmation email (detailing your transaction) will then be sent to you
(v) our aim will be to fulfil your order, however, on the odd chance when we are unable to, we will email you and refund the amount paid. When we are only able to fulfil part of your order we will also email you offering a full or part refund. If you opt for a part refund the remainder of your order will be bound by these terms and conditions.
We do not store any conditions of sale for any orders but update conditions sporadically. These changes may mean the terms and conditions that your order was bound by may become invalid and updated by a later version. Therefore your original terms and conditions may not be accessible. It is recommended you retain a copy of these terms and conditions of sale for your records.
All orders must be reviewed prior to submission. This allows you the chance to identify any mistakes. Please check and edit your order details where necessary prior to making the payment.
2. Personal Messaging
All messages must be checked by you as once received we will start generating the message for your order. If you find any mistakes after you have placed your order please contact us within 24 hours - stating your name and order details - so we can attempt to rectify your mistake. We will communicate all changes thereafter on email until you are happy with the message. If we are unable to attach your message we will email you and offer you a full refund or process the order as you see fit. From time to time we may mistakenly send messages different to what you wanted. If this is the case on your order please email us, we shall offer a 5% refund.
3. Price and payment
Our site has hundreds of products so prices are reviewed regularly to ensure they are competitive. It may possible that some prices on the website are incorrect. When we receive your order we will validate the prices so that the price you paid is correct as per our pricing. On the off chance when we review your order and the price paid differs to what it should be we will email you to rectify the issue. This would result in either cancellation of the original order and full refund or refunding any overpayment and us processing the order as usual.
All payments are made through our secure payment gateway provider PayPal and payments for all orders must to made in full as we don’t offer any credit facility. Any orders where only part payments are made will be cancelled if we don’t receive the payment in full. Orders will only be despatched when you have paid in full and monies cleared.
All prices include any taxes (where applicable).
4. Promotions and discounts
All prices on our website are monitored and reviewed. We regularly offer discounts which will be carried through to the checkout. All promotions are only valid until they remain on the website. If you visit our website to find any promotion(s) have been removed then we can only fulfil the price as listed.
5. Your contract
By using our site you agree to the following terms:
i) you are legally able to enter into a binding contract with us and have authority to meet the conditions of sale;
ii) the details provided when ordering are accurate and absolute;
iii) you are in a position to accept delivery;
iv) when making the payment you are the cardholder or have permission from the person who owns the card;
v) you reside in the UK
6. Delivery policy
Orders through our website cannot be collected from us; we only offer a delivery service. All orders will be despatched to your nominated delivery address as per what you entered when ordering. If you entered an incorrect delivery address please get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order(s) as once despatched we won't be held accountable for despatching to the wrong address. We aim to deliver all orders within our delivery framework. For further details on delivery and charges please click here.
Upon despatch we will update the "order status" on the “My Orders” section in your account indicating your order is on its way to you. At this point ownership will be passed on to you. Please ensure you are then in a position to accept delivery.
8. Returns and cooling-off period
After purchase we offer 7 days during which you have the right to return goods for a partial refund. This will cancel your contract with us. However, there is a penalty attached with returns; a 20% re-stocking charge plus the original postage cost attributed to us for delivering your parcel to you, both incurred by you. Please note, although we charge £4.00 postage and packaging on all orders the actual cost is greater than this and absorbed by us therefore this won't be refunded. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and condition received. All contents must be placed securely, bubble wrapped and returned by recorded delivery to this returns address.
You must inform us by email before returning your order as failure to do so will warrant in no refund.
We will inspect your returned order upon receipt, any packaging/wrappers deemed "tampered with" or "opened without reason" will mean breach of contract. This will also warrant in no refund.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
You statutory rights are not affected if you decide to cancel your order. Please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so will mean we will despatch your order. You will then have to accept delivery of the parcel and return back to us. You will incur a 20% re-stocking charge plus the original postage cost attributed to us for delivering your parcel to you. Please note, although we charge £4.00 postage and packaging on all orders the actual cost is greater than this and absorbed by us therefore this won't be refunded. Refunds will be made back to you using the same method used by you within 7 days. Return refunds will be made back to you within 7 days of receiving your returned order.

(c) for any matters for which it would be considered illegal by UK and international law to limit or exclude, or any attempt to limit or exclude, any form of liability.
